BROWNIE
AGE LEVEL TRAINING
GENERAL FOCUS
 Brownie
Girl Scouts are eager to help and learn new skills. The young
girls in your troop will be excited about being a Girl Scout and will
look to you as a role model. This training will give you an
understanding of the age level characteristics of Brownie Girl Scouts,
how to include Brownie Girl Scouts in the planning process, troop
government, finance, and safety standards. You will experience a
sample Girl Scout meeting and review resources available to you as a
Brownie Girl Scout leader.
AUDIENCE
Required Course - For
Brownie leaders & co-leaders
All Brownie Girl Scout leaders must complete this course within six months
of their appointment date.
