RESERVATION POLICY

Council-sponsored opportunities are activities provided by paid and volunteer staff and open to girls throughout the council.  These opportunities offer a chance for your troop or individual girl to meet other girls from within the council's jurisdiction.

Registration Procedures

Check each activity for opening registration dates.  Council-sponsored activities are very popular and usually fill quickly.  Failure to comply with the opening dates may result in your troop not getting into the activity.  The priority registration listed below is to be used for all council-sponsored activities UNLESS a specific activity has it's own registration procedures outlined on it's registration form.

Priority Registration

In order to assure equal access to our entire membership, registration is processed in the following priority order.

  1. Those postmarked or submitted online (note:  not all opportunities have an online option) the date registration opens.

  2. Those faxed the date registration opens.

  3. Those postmarked prior to the date registration opens.

  4. Those hand-delivered prior to and on the date registration opens.

  5. Those postmarked after the date registration opens in order of receipt.

  6. Those hand-delivered after the date registration opens in order of receipt.
